  • Delivery details

    Standard UK delivery costs £3.25.

    All orders are despatched on the same, or next working day. Unless specified otherwise, Royal Mail second class services are used – these aim to deliver by the third working day, and do not include tracking. This means you should receive your items from the Coffee Gift Company within 3-5 working days.

    We do not currently deliver outside of the UK.

  • Payment & VAT

    We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We accept payment in GBP only.

    Where VAT applies, it is included in the price shown, at the current rate of 20%

  • Amending your order

    As we prepare your order for despatch as quickly as we can, an order may only be amended within 1 hour of the order being placed, by emailing hello@thecoffeegiftcompany.com

    Please wait for an acknowledgement of your email where we will try to resolve any amendments or arrange a refund.

  • Offers & discount codes

    We often send out promotion codes to our newsletter subscribers. If you would like to sign up to receive these, fill in your details at the bottom of the page. We may also run promotions via social media – you can find us on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Returns policy

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have an issue with your purchase send details via email to hello@thecoffeegiftcompany.co.uk. We must be notified within 14 days of arrival. Please accompany your message with photographs where possible.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.
